I'm JP Bedoya. I've spent 25 years building digital products and leading the teams behind them. I've worked on products used by millions, started new ones from scratch, and helped companies figure out what to build next.

I've worked on everything from consumer apps to identity systems and AI. What interests me most is making complicated technology useful without making people deal with all the complexity behind it.

I love to design, prototype, and build software myself. It's how I explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and stay close to the work. It also makes me a better product leader.
